    The Top State for Talent is Georgia’s bold, cross-agency initiative to align education, workforce development, and economic priorities. The goal is to ensure that every Georgian can access meaningful, high-demand careers—and that every employer can find the skilled talent they need to grow and thrive.

  • What if a job I care about isn’t on the list?

    Not being listed doesn’t mean a job isn’t important. It may simply indicate a balanced supply-and-demand or that it didn’t meet certain data criteria. All occupations still matter.

  • How does this affect schools, students, and families?

    The list does not change existing funding but helps guide future program planning and priority areas—especially in CTAE and postsecondary pathways.
